U2 Has Never Played ‘Acrobat’ Live – But They Almost Did In 1992

U2, still the greatest rock band in the world thanks increasingly weak competition, has never played “Acrobat” live. But Bono and the gang apparently came close in 1992, according to Rolling Stone, going so far to rehearse the track before a show in Pennsylvania during the Zoo TV tour.

Luckily, an intrepid fanboy happened to be outside during rehearsal with a portable cassette recorder and microphone. You are now free to rain Twitter blows upon U2 for giving you free music.
